CAIRO - 17 July 2017: Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah left Cairo following a snap visit to Egypt.

The top diplomat had talks with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his counterpart Sameh Shoukry over means of boosting the Egyptian-Kuwaiti relations in various fields, the latest developments at the regional and international levels and the crisis with Qatar.
