CAIRO – 30 June 2022: Egyptian First Lady Entisar El-Sisi greeted the Egyptian people on the ninth anniversary of the June 30 Revolution that was staged by millions of people against the one-year ruling of the banned Muslim Brotherhood in 2013.

The First Lady wished all the Egyptian people peace, safety and security.

“On this day 9 years ago, the world bowed in respect to the will of the Egyptian people, who audibly said their word in every part of the country. They set the best example of perseverance and firmness in protecting the homeland and showing loyalty both in words and actions,” she said.

“On this anniversary of the June 30 Revolution, the Egyptian people still face challenges in all fields to create hope and a safe future for themselves and the coming generations. I wish Egypt and the Egyptians all the peace, safety and security,” she added.

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said in a speech he gave on the occasion of the ninth anniversary of the revolution that he is fully confident that Egypt will overcome the impact of the current international crises.

In his speech, Sisi stressed he is fully confident that Egypt will “continue its uninterrupted path toward building a developed state, and a stable and vibrant society,” noting that these are the big hopes of the Egyptian people.
