CAIRO- 4 February 2022: Egypt’s state-owned airline, EgyptAir, announced on  Thursday that all its agents who are above 18 years old and want to travel to France should be administered a Coronavirus booster dose of vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency.
 
The booster dose should be given to those who have received the second dose of approved vaccines nine months ago, the company said, adding that the travel to France also should submit a negative “PCR” or “Antigen” test certificate no longer than 48 hours before the flight departure time.
 
On December 2, 2021, the company said that all passengers above 12 years old, whether vaccinated or not, traveling to Paris are required to provide a negative PCR certificate or Antigen test result, a maximum of 48 hours prior to the flight. The decision was issued as part of the procedures taken by the authorities in France to contain the spread of Covid-19. The decision will be effective on the 4th of December, 2021.
