CAIRO- 26 July 2021: Sohag International Airport received Sunday the first flight powered by Fly Dubai airliner coming from the UAE, after a hiatus of more than several years.
The airliner will operate three flights per week to Upper Egypt’s city.
The authorities of Sohag International Airport received the plane by imitation of spraying water, which is a global tradition to receive planes, and the public relations and media team at the airport received and welcomed the passengers and facilitated travel and arrival procedures.
Pilot Mohamed Mahmoud Qashkash, director of Sohag International Airport, expressed his delight with the return of Fly Dubai again, and promised to working to solve any obstacles to continuous return of flights to the airport until the operation returns to its full capacity.
