Palestinian journalist killed as Israeli warplanes target his home in Gaza

CAIRO – 19 May 2021: A Palestinian journalist was killed as Israeli warplanes targeted his home in Gaza Strip.

Palestinian Journalist Youssef Abou Hussein, who works for Al-Aqsa Radio, was reported killed after an Israeli aircraft targeted his home near Ramzon Sheikh Radwan neighborhood in Gaza.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health stated that the toll of the continuous Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip reached 219 martyrs and 1,500 wounded.

The deaths were 63 children, 36 women, 16 elderly, in addition to 1,500 injuries, including 50 seriously injured.

The funeral of the martyr journalist Yusef Abu Hussein was held Wednesday.
