CAIRO- 5 July,2017: The Libyan government managed to score a massive victory against terrorism, said the Libyan military spokesperson Ahmed al-Mesmary in a press conference held in Cairo on Tuesday, noting that the Libyan people however are still suffering from the terror’s plight.
Mesmary accused the outlawed Muslim brotherhood group of supporting terror in the troubled Libyan state, beside other Arab states such as the tiny emirate of Qatar, asserting the emirate’s role in deepening the chaos state in Libya.
“We are not blaming the people of any country but we are blaming their leaders, it is not reasonable that Qatar wants to destroy a large-sized country like Libya”, said Mesmary during the press conference.
Mesmary expressed his gratitude for the Egyptian government’s efforts to restore stability in Libya.
