Egypt witnesses increase in temperature, hitting 40°C Sunday

CAIRO - 14 April 2021: Egypt will witness an increase in temperature degrees over the coming days, hitting highs of 40°C on Sunday. 

The Meteorological Authority revealed expectations regarding temperature degrees, saying that a hot weather will prevail from north to Greater Cairo. 

The maximum temperature during the coming days will be between 35°C to 38°C, while at night, the temperature will decline to between 16°C  and 20°C . 

Active winds will be felt on the north west coast and South Sinai, and suspended dust is expected.
