CAIRO - 3 April 2021: First Vice President of the Egypt Japan University of Science and Technology Masaki Suzuki said that the university is providing 150 scholarships for postgraduate studies in Africa.
In statements on Saturday, he added that the scholarships are funded by the Egyptian and Japanese governments in order to prepare experienced African cadres in the fields of science, technology and innovation. The comes within efforts to support development in Africa.
He added that 50 students will be enrolled annually for three years.
He also said that 3,674 students from 34 African countries submitted to obtain the E-JUST grants via the university’s official website.
