Style Treasure has been a favorite fashion fix for locally designed and produced pieces that stood out, made various patriotic fashion statements and were not mass-produced — and the best bit, all ordered from and delivered to the comfort of our living rooms.
So after three years of success with the ladies, the Style Treasure team decided to offer something for the little ones too, www.StyleTreasureKids.com. Gone are the days where a child’s room had to be a mismatch of blue or pink cornball. Now children and their rooms too can get a little fashion fix.
The online boutique, which offers the convenience of payment upon delivery, stocks international brands as well as products from local Arab designers. Ranging from the practical and comfy flannels and onesies (and a cute little Mini Me evil eye dress) all the way to flamboyant interior pieces for the children’s rooms, the website has a range of clothes, accessories, decorations and toys.
“Styletreasurekids.com’s vision is to encourage children to appreciate and embrace Egyptian and Arab culture from an early age,” says co-founder Mona Afifi.
Afifi tells Egypt Today that the children’s boutique has been in the works for two years after they had received continuous requests for Style Treasure to add children’s wear.

“A mother is especially busy and often struggles to buy her child's many needs— from the Egyptian cotton flannel that is changed three times a day for a newborn right up to the sophisticated stationary consumed by children and young teenagers,” says Afifi. “So a dependable online shop for those frequent needs felt like a must-do.”
The website’s products are mainly targeting upper and upper middle classes with affordable quality products from local designers. Much like the original Style Treasure, the new website is picky when it comes to choosing designers to deal with; the team welcomes Arab designers with not only potential for growth, but also reliable and quality products.
“We work even harder alongside them to achieve mutual success,” explains Afif i. “This niche, which we could have only achieved through designer loyalty, is what will always separate us from any existing or future competition. We were the first to believe and invest in local talents at a time when most retailers relied on importing.” et
