Dir. Steven Spielberg, with Tom Hanks, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Stanley Tucci and Michael Nouri.

Shot on a full-sized recreation of an airport terminal, this is the story of an immigrant (Hanks) who flees from his war-ravaged Eastern European homeland. He finds himself stranded at Kennedy Airport with a passport from a land that has officially ceased to exist. With no visa to enter New York, he takes up residence at the terminals international transit lounge until the war at home is over. Loosely based on a true story of a man stranded at Frances Charles de Gaulle Airport made famous by an Esquire article.

Catwoman

Dir. Pitof, with Halle Berry, Sharon Stone, Lambert Wilson and Benjamin Bratt.

Dreamworks

The dangerously sexy character from the Batman comics, who was once portrayed by Michelle Pfeiffer in Batman Returns, finally gets her own spin-off adventure. She survives and returns with nine lives as the untamed Catwoman.

Garfield: The Movie

Dir. Peter Hewitt, with Jennifer Love Hewitt, Bill Murray and Alan Cumming.

The popular comic strip cat loved in syndication by 260 million readers gets a CGI (computer generated images) makeover in his live-action debut. Although Garfield (voiced by Bill Murray) doesnt welcome the new dog offered by beautiful veterinarian Liz (Love Hewitt) to his owner John, feelings of guilt send him on a mission to save the odious Odie from the clutches of a fake animal lover.

The Stepford Wives

Dir. Frank Oz, with Nicole Kidman, Matthew Broderick, Christopher Walken and Bette Midler.

Based on Ira Levins timeless novel about a community where great wives arent born but made, Oz serves up a satirical remake of the 1975 cult film by the same name. I, Robot

Dir. Alex Proyas, with Will Smith, Bruce Greenwood, Bridget Moynahan and Chi Mcbride.

Inspired by the late Isaac Asimovs short story anthology published in the 1950s, this sci-fi adventure is set in 2035 at a time when humans have become exceedingly dependent on robots. Smith stars as a robotophobic Chicago cop assigned to investigate a murder where a robot (allegedly programmed to be incapable of harming humans) is the main suspect.

20th Century Fox
