The preparation of that list comes on the occasion of Sinai Liberation Day, which is April 25.
A committee presided by the chair of the Prisons Authority will review cases to determine eligible inmates.
Earlier this month, a total of 232 inmates have been pardoned.
The lawsuit had 11 defendants and dates back to 2017.
