CAIRO - 18 April 2019: EgyptAir delegation celebrated Wednesday the arrival of the second Boeing Dreamliner B787-9 as part of a long-term purchase of six aircrafts.

The ceremony was organized by Boeing, one of the world's leading aircraft manufacturers, in Seattle and was attended by the media advisor to the minister of viation and marketing director of EgyptAir Dina al-Fouly in addition to several senior officials and the accompanying media delegation.

Boeing announced that is looking forward to more effective cooperation with EgyptAir which is considered one of the largest and most prestigious companies in the region, stressing that EgyptAir is one of Boeing's most important customers.

On March 28, the Cairo International Airport received its first Dreamliner aircraft and in April it took off on its first flight to Kuwait.

EgyptAir announced earlier that from July 2019 to May 2020, it will receive 12 Airbus 220/300 aircrafts, which were produced by Bombardier of Canada before being acquired by Airbus.
