The festival, which is dedicated to traditional handicrafts, hosts the Kingdom of Morocco as guest of honor this year, in cooperation with the Association of the Moroccan Social Community in Egypt.

The festival aims to present many of the experiences of Egyptian cities in preserving their heritage and traditional craftsmanship, which is considered to be the preserver of the Egypt’s national character.
