CAIRO – 15 June 2017 : Zamalek Sporting Club will play Aswan on Thursday at 10 PM, Cairo Local time, at the Petro Sport Stadium in the 31st fixture of the Egyptian League.
Zamalek, who are third in the standings, will be looking for a win in order to continue their race for second place or to secure their third place. Aswan will be looking for a victory or a draw in order to continue their fight to avoid relegation.
Zamalek is expected to enter the match with a 4-2-3-1 line up:
Goalkeeper: Ahmed El-Shenawy
Defenders: Hosny Fathy (Right Back), Mahmoud Hamdi (Center Back), Ali Gabr or Shawky El-Said (Center Back), Ahmed Fatouh (Left Back)
Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Moruf Youssef
Attacking Midfielders: Shikabala on the right, Stanley in the middle, and Ahmed Refaat on the left
Striker: Bassem Morsy
The last match between Zamalek and Aswan was at Aswan’s stadium on December 8 and ended in 0-0 draw. Zamalek are third with 57 points, only 3 points more than EL Masry SC who comes in fourth. While Aswan sits in the 15th position with 25 points.
