Turkey's Haber Global reported Thursday morning that Aston Villa had made an official offer to Kasim Pasa for Trezeguet for 11 million euros to begin official negotiations between the two clubs.

According to the Sun newspaper report last week, Trezeguet's performance at the African Nations Cup with our national team has impressed the Scouts of the English Premier League.

Trezeguet scored the only goal in the opening game against Zimbabwe, before assisting a goal in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and ended the group stage with a win over Uganda, but wasted two chances at the South Africa meeting that saw the Pharaohs bid farewell to the tournament.
