CAIRO – 16 June 2019: Egypt national team face Guinea on Sunday night at the team’s last friendly game ahead of 2019 African Cup of Nations at home.

“We want to watch all the players ahead of the opening game and we also want to experience different formations.” The team assistant manager, Hany Ramzi, said.

President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi visited on Saturday the National Football Team in the Air Defense Stadium while training for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) to be held in Egypt between June 21 and July 19.

President Sisi underlined that the team members must show discipline and decent behavior as they are a reflection of Egypt’s ancient civilization and its great people.

On their side, the players thanked the president for his visit promising they would do their best to rejoice the hearts of millions of Egyptians. They also gave him as gift a T-shirt having the signatures of all of them.
