CAIRO – 16 April 2019: Barcelona Host English giants, Manchester United, on Tuesday night at the UEFA Champions League quarter finals second leg.

The Spanish team enters the game with a slight advantage as they achieved a 1-0 victory at the first leg in Manchester.

Barcelona have been knocked out of the competition from the quarter finals at the last three seasons and they hope to avoid any surprises from the English team.

Manchester United lost the first leg 2-0 at the round of 16 against PSG and they bounced back at the second leg in Paris and won the game 3-1.

“We all know we're in for a tough game. We're both good sides, we have a lot of excitement to try to reach the semi-finals.” Barcelona manager, Ernesto Valverde, said.

The Catalan suffered a humiliating elimination last year as they won the quarter finals first leg 4-1 at home against Roma but they lost the second leg 3-0 in Roma.

Valverde added “I think that experience [of the Roma loss] serves for something.”

The game starts on 9:00 pm.
