CAIRO – 27 March 2019: Zamalek Tunisian right back, Hamdi Naguez, returned to the team training sessions and he is ready to participate at the Cairo Derby against Al-Ahly on Saturday night at the domestic League.

The player trained in group for the first time after individual training sessions the recent week to recover from the injury he suffered against Arab Contractors which ended with a 2-2 draw.

Zamalek fans put hopes on their right back to stop Al-Ahly’s left winger, Ali Maaloul, who plays with Naguez at the Tunisian national team.

On the other hand, Zamalek football supervisor, Amir Mortada Mansour, calmed Zamalek fans about Mahmoud Alaa and Tarek Hamed who suffered slight injuries during Egypt’s friendly game against Nigeria.

Zamalek are leading the Egyptian League table with 53 and they are 2 points ahead of the defending champions, Al-Ahly.

This game will be decisive in the title race as Al-Ahly needs to achieve victory to top the League table for the first time this season.

Borg El Arab Stadium in Alexandria will host the game between Al-Ahly and Zamalek at the Egyptian League on 30 March.
