CAIRO – 24 July 2018: Al-Ahly assistant manager, Mohamed Youssef, believes that their 3-0 victory over Botswana’s Township rollers on Tuesday, July 17, does not mean that the game in Botswana will be easy to win.

“We have a tough mission against a team with big motivations. The victory in Cairo does not mean we will have an easy game in Botswana,” Youssef told press on Monday.

Al-Ahly football team will travel on Tuesday to Gaborone, Botswana, to face their giants, Township rollers, at the fourth round of CAF Champions League group stage.

Youssef added: “We know everything about them and we will do everything to return to Egypt with the three points.”

Carteron’s chosen squad for the game against Township consists of: Sherif Ekramy, Mohamed el-Shennawy, Ali Lotfi, Ahmed Fathi, Mohamed Hany, Sabry Rahil, Ali Maaloul, Saad Samir, Ayman Ashraf, Mohamed Naguib, Salif Coulibaly, Amr Elsolia, Hossam Ashour, Hesham Mohamed, Mido Gaber, Walid Soliman, Ahmed Hamdy, Eslam Mohareb, Karim Nedved, Moamen Zakaria, Junior Ajayi, Marwan Mohsen, Salah Mohsen and Walid Azarro.

Al-Ahly plays in Group A alongside Botswana’s Township Rollers F.C., Uganda’s Kampala City and Tunisia’s Espérance.
The game is scheduled for Saturday, July 26, at 6 p.m. (CLT).
