Rome hosts Milan-Juve clash

CAIRO – 9 May 2018: Two of the top historical rivals in the history of football will meet each other tonight, AC Milan and Juventus, they’ll playing for the Italian Cup title, and the game will be hosted by the Olimpico stadium in the Italian capital Rome.

AC Milan aspires to win the Italian Cup to give the team and the fans a glimpse of hope that the club will return to the years of prosperity, and to raise its record to six Italian Cups. Worth mentioning that Milan didn’t win the cup since 2003.

Meanwhile Juventus wants to collect its second title for the current season, after the team is now one point away from the Italian League Serie A title.

Juventus has 91 points in Serie A, far away from second place Napoli with 6 points, and there are only two matches left in the league, if Juventus won that one point will be the league champion for the seventh year in row.

The last game between the two Italian giants in the cup was at the final of 2016 edition, which was a tough game for both sides, but Juventus managed to win the title with Alvaro Morata’s goal in the stoppage time.
