CAIRO – 14 March 2018: A number of English newspapers highlighted on Wednesday morning Mohamed Salah’s mockery of Manchester United after the team was knocked out from the Champions League Tuesday by Sevilla in the round of 16.

Sevilla managed to defeat Manchester United 2-1 at United’s Old Trafford Stadium in the second-leg match of the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League. The first-leg match had ended with a 0-0 draw.

Mo Salah was severely mocked by United fans after the game between Manchester United and Liverpool, as United manager Jose Mourinho managed to freeze all Salah’s attacking skills by using Ashley Young as the mark man of Salah, which prevented him from scoring.

The Egyptian didn’t hesitate to take revenge with the same weapon, as he posted on a troll tweet about the Champions League draw.

The Daily Mail and Express newspapers said Liverpool fans were very impressed with Salah's tweet on the social networking site Twitter, in which he ridiculed Manchester United's bid farewell to the Champions League.
