CAIRO – 17 February 2018: Zidane has recognized that the recent and important victory of Real Madrid against Paris St. Germain in the Champions League last Wednesday "changes everything."

Zidane, Real Madrid’s coach, has announced that he intends to rotate the team in the next five matches that Real Madrid must face in La Liga before playing the second leg against PSG in the 16th round in Paris.

Zidane, in a press conference prior to Sunday’s Real Betis game, has insisted that what interests him is "to have all the players ready to play" and "to minimize the mistakes we may have; if we succeed, we can beat any opponent."

Zidane admitted that he felt tired this season with Real Madrid’s coach position.

"It is very tiring, and more so at Real Madrid. Clearly you can reach a point when a change is needed and that goes for everyone and not just the coach. It is not the moment right now but it will happen. This profession is tiring and here more than anywhere else,” he said.

"For me, what is important is what I am doing right now, the day to day. I want to finish this season with things in play and that is all I am thinking about," he added.

The French coach talked about the last Champions League match against PSG.

"We won one game, but only one, and we know that we have a return leg, and before that five league games," said Zidane, while adding that the players can cope with the pressure.

"It is what it is and we are used to it. What we have done is in the past and we did it well, but now we have to think in the day to day, which is La Liga, and we have to be focused.

"We are preparing well. We have had little time to rest, but that's life. We have our minds on tomorrow's game," he concluded.
