CAIRO – 5 February 2018: Former Liverpool defender Phil Babb believes that Mohamed Salah’s progression with Liverpool this season puts him with the players who worth over £100 million ($140 million).

“It's well over £100 million now. His low center of gravity and his ability to just waltz past players – it's just an exceptional goal,” Babb told Sky Sports on Monday.

Liverpool sold Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona for $160 million in January. Salah also has been linked with a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid next summer.

Salah scored two goals in Liverpool’s 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspurs on Sunday night. His second goal during the added time was sensational, after he dribbled past three Tottenham defenders before putting the ball in the back of the net.

Babb analyzed Salah’s goal, saying, “You're not walking past kids in a park on a Sunday; he's going past international, elite footballers like they don't exist. He is one of the hottest properties in world football; there is no shadow of a doubt."

Salah’s two goals made him the fastest Liverpool player ever to reach 21 goals in the league – after only 25 games.
