CAIRO – 20 January 2018: Arsenal’s Egyptian midfielder, Mohamed El Neny, participated in his team’s 4-1 victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday in the Premier League.

Neny returned to his team’s starting lineup in the league after more than three months of absence, as he last started a game in the league on October 14 against Watford, when Arsenal lost 2-1.

Neny featured in six games this season in the Premier League, starting four of them against Leicester City, West Bromwich Albion, Watford and Saturday’s victory against Crystal Palace, and he participated as a substitute against Brighton Hove Albion and Chelsea.

Neny played the whole game and was rated 7.1, according to WhoScored.

Arsenal returned to the right track in the league, defeating Crystal Palace 4-1. Nacho Monreal opened the score after six minutes and he provided two assists to Alex Iwobi and Laurent Koscielny, who added the second and the third goal in the game, respectively.

Alexandre Lacazette scored the fourth goal for his team before the half time, and Luka Milivojevic scored Palace’s only goal in the game during the second half to end the game 4-1.
