CAIRO – 3 January 2018: West Bromwich Albion fans were optimistic ahead of their participation in the Premier League this season, following a great run last season, during which they finished 10th in the league. However, they found themselves after 22 fixtures this season on the bottom of the table, alongside Swansea City.

West Brom started this season well, as they won their first two games against Bournemouth and Burnley, and they ended their third game against Stoke City with a 1-1 draw, which was a promising start.

But West Brom hasn’t won a game since their 3-1 loss against the newly promoted team Brighton and Hove Albion in the fourth fixture. West Brom has completed 20 games without a win.

The team sacked their manager, Tony Pulis, hoping for a change under their new manager, Alan Pardew, but he also failed to succeed, and out of eight games with the club, he lost four games and ended four in a draw.

Despite poor results, West Bromwich has a strong squad, and they are expected to return to their form to avoid relegation.
