CAIRO – 23 December 2017: Bayern Munich’s Colombian midfielder, James Rodriguez, revealed on Friday that he wants to stay at Bayern Munich for many years.

“I can see myself playing here for many years more. Bayern Munich are at the same level as Real Madrid, a club of the highest quality. They always fight for titles and are used to securing them," James told press on Friday.

James joined Bayern Munich this summer on a two-year loan from Real Madrid. The Colombian winger left Madrid after he suffered a lack of participation with his team under their French manager, Zinedine Zidane.

James spoke about his life in Munich, saying, “I really like Munich. It's a bit cold, but I'm adapting well. This is a new life for me, and Munich is a fantastic city."

James, 26, participated with Bayern Munich in 19 games this season, scoring two goals and providing two assists, according to WhoScored.com.
