CAIRO – 22 December 2017 : Roma midfielder Alessandro Florenzi believes that his team’s clash against Juventus in Turin on Saturday will not be easy to win.

“They are a great team, a relentless machine, plus they’re champions of Italy, so it’s not going to be easy to play there. Nevertheless, we’ll try to buck the trend and get some points in Turin,” Florenzi told Roma’s official website on Friday.

Roma is placed fourth in the Italian League with 38 points. They are four points behind the leaders, Napoli, and three points behind Juventus.

Florenzi highlighted the game’s importance, saying, “It’s a key moment in Roma’s development. It’s worth three points, just like the last game we won against Cagliari, but it will tell us what stage we’re at.”

Florenzi, born in Roma, is a diehard Roma fan. He represented the club since he was 11 and got promoted through the club rankings until he became a first team player. He is the club’s vice captain after Daniele De Rossi.
