Howe fears Liverpool’s attacking line

CAIRO – 15 December 2017: Bournemouth manager, Eddie Howe, praised Liverpool’s attacking line, which consists of Roberto Firmino, Philippe Coutinho, Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, ahead of their Premier League game on Sunday.

“As a quartet, they are very strong. They have all got different strengths and different ways of hurting you, so defensively we are going to have to be very good. They are a different team this year. They have added quality; they've got a well-known attack with pace, technique and movement,” Howe told press on Friday.

Liverpool strengthened their attacking line this season with the signing of Mohamed Salah from Roma; he has scored 13 goals for the club in the Premier League, which makes him the league’s top goal scorer.

Howe’s team defeated Liverpool last season 4-3 thanks to a late goal from Nathan Ake.

Howe showed his admiration of Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp’s personality; “I can only go from personal experience and from the game here last year when we beat them I thought he was very good in that moment, which is the most difficult [thing] for a manager when your team has just lost. He acted with real class and showed real personal qualities so I'm full of admiration for him as a man.”

Howe hopes to achieve a good result against Liverpool to improve his situation in the league as they share the 15th place with Stoke City on 16 points.
