CAIRO – 13 December 2017: Some unusual news came from Italy as Mino Raiola, the controversial players' agent, opted to cancel the renewal of one of his clients, Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, for "moral violence".

The young international goalkeeper could freely negotiate his future starting January 1 and leave Milan in the following summer market.

Italian newspaper Il Corrieredella Sera noted that Raiola has found legal loopholes to achieve his goal months after having renewed the contract.

One of the lawyers and advisers of Mino Raiola have informed Milan legal services of the intention to request the nullity of the contract for moral violence, the Italian newspaper said.

Likewise, the player sent a document to the club's leaders in which he assures that during the negotiations he was subject to psychological pressure that caused him to sign the new contract with ill ease. These facts would be more than enough reason for the Italian Civil Code to nullify the contract.

However, Il Corriere della Sera also pointed out that AC Milan plans to defend its rights, claiming that Donnarumma was already paid for three months of his contract, which was raised from €100,000 to €11 million (gross) per year.

The Italian newspaper also pointed out that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in signing the Italian goalkeeper, which would give Raiola a succulent commission.
