CAIRO – 12 December 2017: Adly al-Qei, the official spokesman of Al -Ahly SC, said that Al-Ahly's income from its friendly match against Atletico Madrid, scheduled for December 30 at Borg El-Arab Stadium, will be allocated for the families of the martyrs of Egypt.

Qei said in a statement to Sabah Al-Ryada program that he is expecting a wonderful match, showing the players' love for Egypt and wishing the spectators and fans an exceptionally enjoyable time .

Atletico Madrid wrote on its official Twitter account, “our last game of the year will be the friendly "Match for Peace" against Al-Ahly on December 30 in Alexandria.”

Mahmoud al-Khatib, president of Al-Ahly SC, announced that the club will organize a massive celebration, under the title "Peace against terrorism," to emphasize the role of sports organizations in supporting the efforts of the state in the face of challenges that obstruct the process of reform and development.
