CAIRO – 9 December 2017: Madrid biggest clubs, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid are suffering this season in the Spanish League. Both teams’ fans hope to decrease the gap with the current league leaders, Barcelona, this week.

Real Madrid hosts the Andalusian team, Sevilla in Madrid for a La Liga match on Saturday. Real Madrid share the fourth place with Sevilla with 28 points each. They are eight points behind Barcelona.

Real Madrid enters the game without three of their key players, Sergio Ramos, Carlos Casemiro and Dani Carvajal each because of suspension, Rafael Varane is out due to injury.

Another Andalusian team, Real Betis host Atletico Madrid on Sunday afternoon. Atletico Madrid players hope to reconcile their fans’ misery after the team was eliminated from the Champions League on Wednesday.

Barcelona expects a tough game away against Villarreal on Sunday night. Barcelona fans hope the Andalusian teams will stop Madrid’s so they can enter the game against Villareal with high spirits and a chance to increase the gap with Madrid teams.
