CAIRO – 6 December 2017: Brazilian Football legend and former Barcelona star, Ronaldinho, decides to put an end to his football career and retire next year after a long time spent in stadiums wearing a number of the top football teams’ jersies, like that of Barcelona, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain.

Ronaldinho said in a press conference on Wednesday, “There is this chance, I think I’m saying goodbye to football next year, officially.”

“I might play some farewell games for the teams I’ve played for, it’s something we’ll have to think about sometime soon,” he added, according to Goal website.

The Brazilian, who will turn 38 next year, said, “Once I'm [retired] from football, then I'm moving forward on my musical projects, my football schools. It's something new for me, I'll have to adapt.”

The World Cup winner 2002, Champions League winner with Barcelona in 2005-2006 and the Ballon D’or winner of 2005 has terminated his contract with the Brazilian team Fluminense FC in 2015, and has not made any move to any other club since then, he only participated in charity and showing games.
