CAIRO – 03 December 2017: Ahmed Hossam “Mido,” Wadi Degla’s coach, announced his resignation from his position after the humiliating 4-0 loss against Al-Ittihad Al-Sakanadry in the 12th round of the Egyptian Premier League.

Mido tweeted a few hours after the loss: "I gave my resignation to the officials of Wadi Degla, and I thank everyone for supporting me in the period I worked in the club, and I wish success to the team in the coming period. I thank in particular my older brother Maged Sami."





Wadi Degla is in 16th position in the Egyptian premier league table with eight points.
Mido led Wadi Degla to five draws, six losses and only a single victory in the league.
