CAIRO – 10 November 2017: Eden Hazard, Chelsea`s winger, believes that his Belgian teammate and Manchester City`s midfielder, Kevin de Bruyne, is currently the best player in the English Premier League.
Hazard told the press, ahead of Belgium`s meeting with Mexico on Friday, “Kevin is definitely the best player in the Premier League at the moment."
De Bruyne is living his best moments with Manchester City this season in the Premier League and the Champions League.
The 26-year-old managed to score two goals and provided six assists in eleven matches in the Premier League.
“City are the best Premier League team, and Kevin is an important player in Guardiola’s system. It’s easy to play with Kevin, because we’re good players,” he added.
Eden Hazard helped Chelsea to win the 2015 and 2017 Premier League titles. He starred in 39 games with Chelsea last season, scoring 17 goals and five assists according to whoscored.com.
