CAIRO – 3 November 2017: Liverpool manager, Jurgen Klopp revealed that Liverpool Senegalese winger, Sadio Mane could return to the team and play against West Ham United.

“Sadio trained for the first time with the team on Thursday and looked really, really good,” Klopp told the press on Friday.

Mane sustained a hamstring injury during his participation in Senegal’s 2-0 victory over Cape Verde at the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

Klopp added, “He looks like he's ready for 20-25 minutes but we have to wait and see how his body reacts from Thursday's session.”

Talking about Mane’s first training session, Klopp explained; “It was pretty intense for him as it was his first football session for a long time but he did really well.”

Liverpool travels to London to meet West Ham at London stadium in the 11th fixture of the Premier League.

Both teams are suffering in the Premier League this season as Liverpool is in the sixth place with 16 points while West Ham is in the 16th place with nine points.
