CAIRO – 3 November 2017: Ismaily stays at the top the league standings despite its draw with ENPPI in the eighth week of the Egyptian League.

Arafa El-Sayed scored the first goal of the game for ENPPI in the 25th minute. The goal came from a follow-up to a free kick.

In the 35th minute, Ismaily drew after they were awarded a penalty, which Hosny Abd-Rabo put in the net.

Mohamed Awad, who was recently called up for the national team, made a series of crucial saves in the last 15 minutes, with Salah Mohsen and Diara going closest for ENPPI.

This result leaves Ismaily in first place with 17 points from seven games, while ENPPI is in eighth place with 10 points from eight games.

Ismaily will play against Tanta in the ninth week on November 16, while ENPPI will play aganist Ittihad on November 15.
