CAIRO – 22 October 2017: Hossam El Badry announced the official Al Ahly lineup to face Etoile du Sahel in CAF Champions League semifinals.
Al Ahly faces Tunisian club Etoile du Sahel, in CAF Champions League semifinals on Sunday 7:00 p.m. Cairo Local Time (CLT) at Borg Al Arab stadium in Egypt.
Al-Ahly players hope to win this match in order to qualify to the finals as the team lost the first leg in Tunisia (2-1). Around 60,000 fans are waiting to support Al-Ahly in this game.
Line-up: Sherif Ekramy (GK); (DEF) Mohamed Hany, Mohamed Naguib, Saad Samir, Ali Maaloul; (MID) Ramy Rabeaa, Amr El Soleya, Moamen Zakaria, Saleh Gomaa; (ATT) Walid Azzarou, Junior Ajaye.
Al Ahly hasn’t won the tournament in four years, and are growing restless heading to the Mediterranean coast.
Al Ahly faced Etoile du Sahel eight times which ended with two wins for Al-Ahly, four draws and two losses.
