CAIRO – 27 September 2017: Borussia Dortmund manager, Peter Bosz, believes that Real Madrid was better than his team at Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match when Real Madrid defeated Borussia Dortmund 3-1.

“We lost to a very good team, I have to be honest and say that Madrid were the better team and that their victory was deserved,” Bosz told press after the game.

Borussia Dortmund has failed to score any points, after losing their first two matches in the group against Tottenham Hotspurs in London and Real Madrid at home in Dortmund.

“We have four games and we will try to win them, it is important that we win both games against APOEL and the matches between Real Madrid and Tottenham will be big," Bosz said.

Bosz criticized the referee after his poor performance in the game, saying “with the VAR (Video Assistant Referee) it would have been a penalty and the referee was not at his best."
