Roma, Napoli, Juventus show good form in Serie A

CAIRO – 24 September 2017: The sixth round of the Italian League (Serie A) started on Saturday with some important matches for the big clubs in Italy. Roma, Juventus and Napoli achieved their goal before going to the European competition; the Champions League.

Roma opened the day with victory over Udinese .In the 10th minute, Dzeko scored a goal for Roma. Before the break, Stephan El Shaarawy, Roma`s winger, scored two beautiful goals and gave his teammates a relief. In the second half, The gap could have gotten wider but Diego Perotti, Roma`s attacker, missed a penalty in the 89th minute and in the 90th minute, Jens Larsen from Udinese scored the consolation 3-1.

SPAL 2013 almost took Napoli by surprise. They had the lead with Pasqual Schiattarella's goal, although only a minute later Lorenzo Insigne equalized for Napoli. Jose Callejon put Napoli ahead 2-1, until moments later SPAL 2013 player Federico Viviani equalized. By the end of the match it was Napoli who triumphed, with a game defining goal by Fawzi Ghoulam.

In 'Derby della Mole' between Juventus and Torino, the 'Bianconeri' imposed their law by winning 4-0. Paulo Dybala, Juventus`s talent, opened the scoreboard in the 16th minute with a marvelous left foot shot. Torino players’ lack of concentration led Daniele Baselli, Torinos’s midfielder, to be removed from the game.

With a player down Torino’s defnse collapsed and by the end of the first half Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic scored the second goal of the match. The second half of the match was fairly one-sided, with Juventus scoring two more goals by Alex Sandro and Dybala in the 57th minute and 90th minute respectively.

On Sunday, AC Milan faced Sampdoria while Inter Milan hosted Genoa.

AC Milan was defeated by Sampdoria 2-0 after an underwhelming performance by the football giants. Duvan Zapata, Sampdoria’s striker, scored the opening goal of the match in the 72nd minute. While AC Milan tried to equalize, Sampdoria midfielder Ricardo Alvarez scored the team’s second goal and dashed Milan’s hopes of a victory.

Inter Milan secured a valuable three points with a late win in the 87th minute by Danilo D`Ambrosio, assisted by Joao Mario.
