CAIRO – 21 September 2017 : Former French striker Christophe Dugarry attacked Paris Saint Germain winger Neymar Da Silva Jr. after his argument with his Uruguayan teammate Edinson Cavani during PSG’s late game in the French League against Lyon.

“Neymar seems to be the boss of PSG now. It's as if he's already won the league, the Champions League and everything else," Dugarry told Catalan magazine Sport on Wednesday.

Neymar caused a feud during PSG’s last game when he wanted to take the penalty from his teammate Edinson Cavani, but the Uruguayan refused. The problem continued when PSG received a foul outside Lyon’s area, which should have been played by Cavani, but their Brazilian teammate Dani Alves gave the ball to Neymar.

Dugarry added, “Cavani's spent four years at PSG and doesn't have long left at the club, but you have to have respect for the veterans."

Dugarry, former Barcelona striker, praised Cavani’s attitude with his teammates, saying, “He's always smiling, always kind, always respectful; he seemed completely different to Ibrahimovic, who made it clear that he was in charge from the first day.”

Zlatan Ibrahimovic was in charge of taking penalties and fouls when Cavani arrived in Paris.
