CAIRO – 9 August 2017: Egyptian Winger Ramadan Sobhi is one of 10 players playing for Stoke City. They are expected to prove themselves in the Premier League new season, according to Independent.

“Still just 20, Sobhi showed the ability to consistently create chances but also demonstrates a defensive discipline that you might not expect for a player of such attacking flair. The opportunity to grow into one of the league's better wingers is obvious.” Independent stated about Sobhi.

Ramadan Sobhi joined Stoke City from Al Ahly in 2016, he played 19 games with Stoke City last season.

Independent mentioned Ramadan Sobhi as a good replacement to Stoke City former Winger, Marko Arnautovic who left the club to join West Ham. They said, “The Egyptian winger's emergence is one of the reasons that the Potters didn't mind losing the Mercurial Marko Arnautovic to West Ham.”

Independent added, “He currently feels like one of those players who, if he had a big performance in a televised game against a top team, would suddenly be talked about a whole lot more. A talented kid ready to break out.”

It is also worth mentioning that Paul Pogba, Granit Xhaka, Josh King, John Stones, Andre Ayew, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Sadio Mane, Yannick Bolasie, and Michy Batshuayi were the other nine players on Independent’s list.
