CAIRO - 1 August, 2017: Real Madrid’s match against MLS All-Star on Wednesday at Soldier Field in Chicago, Illinois will be Madrid’s last game in its U.S. pre-season tour.

Madrid’s biggest stars, who won the Champions League title twice in a row, won’t be the only big names on the field, as MLS All-Star has many great players who moved to play in the U.S.

German World Cup-winner Bastian Schweinsteiger will captain the American side on Wednesday, accompanied by many football legends, including David Villa, Ricardo Kaka, Tim Howard and Sebastian Giovinco.

David Villa always had great nights against Madrid when he played with Valencia, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid. He talked about the game to reporters, saying, “I have always been on the other side in Spain, but I have great friends at Real Madrid, and I am very excited to be able to participate in such a special match.”

Schweinsteiger, 33 years old, is happy to play such a great game. “It’s great. It’s a big honor to be voted for the game, and also to be voted for the captain,” the German star said.

However, the crowd will miss watching Cristiano Ronaldo, as he missed Real Madrid’s pre season tour.
