CAIRO – 29 July 2017: Zamalek SC is expected to go head to head with Saudi club Al-Nassr in the third match of the group stages of the Arab Club Championship on Saturday at the July 29 at Alexandria Stadium.

Tarek Yehya, Zamalek’s interim manager, is expected to start the match with a 4-3-3 formation consisting of the following players:

Goalkeeper: Ahmed El Shenawy

Defenders: Osama Ibrahim (Right Back), Ali Gabr and Mahmoud Hamdy El Wensh as two center backs, and Mohamed Magdy (left back)

Midfielders: Ibrahim Salah (right), Tarek Hamed (middle), Moruf Youssef (left)

Attacking Players: Hazem Emam (right), Bassem Morsi (striker), Ahmed Refaat (left)

Zamalek SC will be looking to improve their stance in the tournament especially after getting only one point from a total of six points in the first two games.

Zamalek’s interim manager will be hoping to seal a precious victory that will boost the morale and the confidence of the team after enduring too many drawbacks in a short time.

Zamalek’s had a 2-2 draw against Fath Union Sport from Morocco in their first match of the tournament before losing 1-0 to Lebanese side Al-Ahed SC in their second match in the competition.

Egypt hosts the Arab Club Championship from July 22 to August 5 in Cairo and Alexandria with 12 Arab clubs competing to win the title.
