CAIRO – 23 July 2017: Egypt Today recaps the Egyptian swimmers that participated on the first day (July 23) of the 2017 Swimming Championships in Hungry.

The results of the Egyptian players varied. Marwan El Kamash came in ninth place in the overall ranking of the 400 meters race. El Kamash completed the race in 3 minutes, 46 seconds and 36 tenths (00:3:46:36:00).

Hania Moro came in the 28th place of the 400 meters race. Moro finished with a time of 4 minutes, 21 seconds and 67 tenths (00:4:21:67:00).

In the 100 meters distance race, Youssef El Kamash came in 33rd place after completing it in 1 minute, 1 second and 81 tenths (00:1:1:81:00).

Omar Eissa came in 35th place of the 50 meters butterfly race with a 24 seconds, 43 tenths (00:00:24:43:00) finish time.

The Egyptian National team came in 15th place of the 100 meters relay race, finishing the race in 3 minutes, 18 seconds, and 23 tenths (00:3:18:23:00).

Lastly, Farida Othman came in 17th place of the 100 meters butterfly race.

The tournament is held from July 23 to July 30 in Budapest, Hungry.
