Al Maqassa agrees to sell Hisham Mohamed to Al Ahly

CAIRO –14 July 2017: Officials of Al Maqassa club welcomed the reduction of their financial conditions for the approval of selling their midfielder Hisham Mohamed to Al Ahly. The financial value of the deal reached LE 6 million ($ 330,000) instead of LE 8 million ($ 450,000) as previously specified.

Al Maqassa officials said the new deal also involves the transfer of a player from Ahly, in addition to the monetary cost.

There was contact between Mahmoud Taher, head of Ahly, and Mohamed Abdel Salam, head of Al Maqassa, during the last hours of negotiations. The two agreed to reduce the financial value of the transaction and the transfer of a player from Al Ahly to Al Maqassa. No Ahly player has yet been pegged for transfer.
