CAIRO – 19 December 2017: Taylor Swift’s new app “The Swift Life” was released on the Apple App Store on December 15. It follows the release of her newest album “Reputation” on December 13. It is aimed at Swift’s fans, as a platform for them to communicate with each other and with her as well. She announced the app release on her Instagram with a picture of her and her cat, which received over 700,000 likes.

The application is free and will contain exclusive content from Taylor herself, such as photos, videos and news about her upcoming tours. Users will also have access to “Taymojis”, which they can use to bump up other users’ posts to get Swift’s attention and interact with her. As a social media app, her fans will also be able to interact together and connect with fans around the world.

The app was developed by Glu Mobile, the same company that created Kim Kardashian’s “Hollywood,” Gordon Ramsay’s “Restaurant Dash” and Nicki Minaj’s “Empire”.
