What is a better way to impress your guests than a surprise main dish?

Rolled turkey breast

Add cranberries, raisins or apple to your holiday special for a main dish that is both sweet and aromatic. This flavorful recipe is as easy and simple as turkey can ever get, offering the perfect stuffing to go along with your surprise main.

Ingredients

Boneless turkey breast filet, Salt, Pepper, Onion juice

For the stuffing

1/4 cup butter, Onions sliced very thinly, Shredded carrots, Celery, Sage, Salt, Pepper, Dried bread- crumbs, Cranberries, raisins, chestnut, or apple (optional)

1. To make the stuffing, heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt the butter.

2. Add the onion and fry gently for six minutes until completely softened. 3.Place the rest of the stuffing ingredients with the cooked onion.

4. Start adding hot water gradually. 5.Season with sea salt, ground black pepper, and most importantly, the sage.

6. Mix it up with a fork until completely smooth.

7. Butterfly the turkey breast or ask your butcher to do it for you.

8. Lay it flat on a chopping board and cover with cling film.

9. Using a rolling pin, bash chicken so that its thickness is even all over.

11. Pile the cooled stuffing down the center, and then carefully and tightly roll it up.

12. Using kitchen string, tie it in 2.5 cm intervals.

13. Place the stuffed, tied breast turkey in a pan and cook it in butter on both sides till browned.

14. Add bouquet grain (carrots, onions, celery, salt, pepper, nutmeg and sage) in hot water and leave it on low heat for one hour till completely cooked.

15. Slice up the turkey and serve it with jellied cranberry sauce.


Oreo cookie snowman sticks

This is by far the easiest dessert ever and it carries the Christmas spirit more than anything you could think of. Put the snowman sticks on your side table and make sure they don’t disappear before every guest has tried their share.

Ingredients

Oreo biscuits

Melted white chocolate (or you can use white candy melts) Cake pop sticks Edible pens (black and orange)

1.Dip the top of the stick in the melted chocolate.

2. Stick it in the Oreo cookie and press gently so that it does not break 3

3. Dip the cookie in the chocolate and drain off the excess.

4. Place the Oreo pops on parchment paper to cool.

5. Using edible pens, draw the eyes and nose of your Christmas snowmen.
