CAIRO – 9 November 2017: Not only is global warming harming Earth, it is harming its people as well. As the climate change becomes more and more apparent every year, negative effects will start presenting themselves:

1- Heat: Humidity is expected to increase due to the increase of heat levels and rain, which will create a suitable climate for ticks which help spread infectious diseases.

According to the World Health Organization's website, some of the diseases which will supposedly cause these deaths are heat stress, malaria and malnutrition.

5- Mental health issues: such traumatic events are more likely to leave behind survivors who suffer from PTSD or post-traumatic stress disorders, anxiety, depression and suicidal tendencies, according to National Geographic’s website.
