AL organizes " An Arab against Smoking" marathon

CAIRO- 28 October 2017: The Arab League (AL) organized a marathon "House of Arabs" (Beit el Arab) under the rubric " An Arab against Smoking" that kicked off on Saturday at the Arab League General Secretariat premises in Tahrir square.

AL Assistant Secretary General and Head of the Administrative and Financial Affairs Section Adnan Issa inaugurated the marathon that has been organized by the AL General Secretariat in coordination with Life Without Smoking "Hayah Bela Tadkhin" and the Egyptian Red Crescent Association.

It comes within the framework of the AL summer training program for university students 2017.

The marathon will be followed by a symposium on the dangers of smoking, Issa said.
