CAIRO – 22 October 2017: Fashion Forward Dubai (FFWD) is celebrating their 10th season from October 26-28. It is set to be a three-day fashion extravaganza and will be located at none other than the D3 Dubai Design District, the capital of fashion design and creativity in the region.

With 28 designers in total, including five international and seven menswear designers, this season of FFWD is set to advance the region into the international fashion scene.

Menswear fashion is often not given that much attention and is not as popular as womenswear, yet the majority of womenswear designers are men. Designers that create wearable art for both genders have mentioned that it is easier for them to design for the opposite gender due to being self-conscious about one's body.

Seven out of the 28 designers that will be showcasing their work at Season 10 of the FFWD will be menswear designers.

In the main event, five international designers, Anna K, Eudon Choi, JoãoRolo, Nabil Nayal and Sid Neigum, will be making their first appearance in Dubai on the FFWD runway. Designers around the globe wait for a platform like FFWD to break into the Middle Eastern market.
